Le Frégate Provence offers 100 rooms and suites spread over two south-facing buildings, with views of the golf course and Mediterranean Sea. The La Residence apartments provide 31 fully equipped one- or two-bedroom apartments for up to 6 people, each with sea and vineyard views. The Bastides villas are located at the heart of the golf course and include a private outdoor swimming pool.

The 27-hole golf course at Le Frégate Provence includes an 18-hole and a 9-hole course, both overlooking the Mediterranean. Three tennis courts are available with lessons from Caroline Dhenin, a three-time French tennis champion. The resort also has two petanque courts and access to hiking and cycling trails through the vineyards.

The Spa de Fregate offers facials, body treatments, massages, and beauty services for adults and children. The wellness area includes a 20m indoor pool, a hot tub heated to 35°C, a sauna, and a fitness center open daily from 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Guests also have access to five outdoor swimming pools, including a 50m3 children's pool and two larger pools of 150m3 and 200m3.

Le Mas des Vignes restaurant, led by Chef Jérôme Moutte, serves seasonal dishes inspired by Mediterranean flavors. The brasserie La Restanque offers daily lunch service and takeaway sandwiches. A buffet breakfast is served from 7 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. in the Veranda or on the terrace, featuring an omelette show cooking station, gluten-free corner, and detox corner.

The resort provides a children's pool, board games, babysitting services, and a pet-friendly policy allowing small pets with an extra fee. For business, 14 meeting rooms spread over 1,300 sqm accommodate seminars and events, with a designated coordinator. 5 rooms are accessible for guests with reduced mobility.
